the path to joining our team:

initial screening:

when applying, you will answer a series of initial questions to determine if you meet the minimum required parameters.

avi interview & brief call:

if you pass the screening, you will have an interview with avi, our recruitment bot, followed by a short call (less than 15 minutes) with our recruiter.

account interview:

if you advance, you will have an interview with the specific account you are applying for. you will receive feedback on your performance that same day.

offer & onboarding:

if the interview is successful, we will make a formal proposal. once accepted, we will proceed with the contract signing. **and that's it, you'll be ready to start working with us!**

not always. for junior roles, we value attitude, availability, and basic digital skills. for specialist or senior positions, relevant field experience in consumer goods, retail, or technology is preferred.
yes. once hired, you will be assigned to operate under a specific client brand. your daily activities, training, and kpis will be aligned with that brand's standards, while you remain part of our xper team.
compensation includes a fixed base salary plus variable bonuses linked to kpi fulfillment (sell-out, coverage, execution indicators). the specific structure varies by position level and the assigned client brand.

absolutely. many of our supervisors and specialists started as field advisors or pos managers. we have a structured progression from junior to senior, and even into supervision and specialization roles.
