Role purpose

Ensure the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of the local operation’s financial and accounting information through the rigorous execution of recording, reconciliation, tax compliance, and control processes. This role enables business decision-making while ensuring regulatory compliance and the company’s financial sustainability.

Additional information

Key position responsible for ensuring the integrity of local financial information, accounting and tax compliance, and operational support to the business. Requires a high level of attention to detail, confidentiality, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Upload expense invoices for the local company.
• Process and complete the final closure of CDRs.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations, as well as bi-monthly account analysis and reconciliations.
• Prepare bi-monthly trial balances and account balances.
• Record periodic accounting transactions.
• Manage scheduled payments in Cash Flow.
• Prepare and control monthly taxes and local tax obligations.
• Update information required to address external company requests (insurance, social benefits, payroll records, among others).
• Optimize the intake and management of requests coming from business structures and corporate stakeholders.
• Continuously improve the quality, availability, and use of management data across the company.
• Keep the leadership team informed about business management updates (customer onboarding and offboarding, key needs or improvement opportunities, margin evolution, analysis of significant variances, among others).
