Be the face of P&G in H-E-B retail stores.
Marco is expanding across the U.S. market and we're looking for driven, independent Field Merchandisers to represent Procter & Gamble , one of the world's most recognized consumer brands in retail locations across Texas.
This isn't a desk job. You'll be out in the field every day, making sure P&G products look their best on shelves, capturing real-time store data, and directly impacting how one of the world's top brands performs at retail level. If you love being on the move, working independently, and seeing the tangible results of your work — this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Execute P&G's merchandising standards, planograms, and display setups
- Ensure products are properly stocked, faced, and visually on point
- Identify and fix issues like out-of-stocks, missing SKUs, or non-compliant displays
- Complete store visit surveys capturing shelf conditions, pricing, promotions, and competitive activity
- Upload photos and submit reports through your smartphone
- Flag trends, risks, and opportunities to management with clear documentation
Your work directly influences brand performance on the shelf — and that matters.
What We're Looking For
- Someone who thrives working independently and managing their own weekly route
- Comfortable with physical activity: standing, bending, lifting, and moving products
- Available to work on a flexible schedule.
- Owns a smartphone with a reliable data plan
- Would you be able to cover your territory tomorrow.
No prior merchandising experience required — we'll set you up for success.
